Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days and a shipping time of 3-4 business days.
All sales are final, however, if there is an issue with your product you may be eligible for an exchange.
To apply for an exchange:
- Send an email or text describing your issue or concern.
- Your email or text must be sent or submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Your email or text must include a picture or video depicting your issue or concern.
- Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to deny your request.
We believe in flexibility and transparency—that’s why you’re free to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked.
- You’ll receive an email reminder before your card is charged each month, so you’ll never be caught off guard.
- Changes made after your billing date will apply to the next billing cycle.
- If you cancel your subscription after a charge has been processed, your order will still be fulfilled, and your subscription will end the following month.
