All sales are final, however, if there is an issue with your product you may be eligible for an exchange.
To apply for an exchange:
- Send an email or text describing your issue or concern.
- Your email or text must be sent or submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Your email or text must include a picture or video depicting your issue or concern.
- Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to deny your request.
